We do not offer returns or refunds as every item is made to order. We may allow size exchanges, but the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs. The original item has to be unused and in its original condition to be eligible for an exchange.

Please expect a processing time of 2-5 days for in-stock items. For preorder items, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed so we do not suggest ordering items needed for a strict delivery date. Delivery couriers may not be able to deliver to P.O. boxes so please provide the actual address. A valid street address is required. For any delivery delays or updates, please contact the courier. 

All shipping rates do not include tax and duty fees. It will be charged upon delivery and can vary depending on the country and order value.
